Vinyasa style of yoga is characterized by the use of breath to facilitate flowing movement between postures. Yoga is an excellent low-impact physical exercise to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. And while the physical benefits are great, many enjoy yoga for the inner calm and stress reduction found with regular practice. Participants can expect encouragement to move their bodies to varying degrees of challenge, get in touch with their breathing, and practice various meditation techniques. The instructor strives to adjust the degree of challenge to fit the needs of the participants present at each class. This is a drop-in yoga class, meaning there are no requirements to sign up or pay ahead of time. Cash or credit card payment due upon arrival.​
